Why Japanese Adwords from Google?

I'm testing my site, and I have a few Google Ad Words set on some pages and its displaying many Japanese ads for Google when they should be in English.

This has never occured to me on any other sites I browse that have Google Ad-Words, so I don't suspect a local problem, but something on the server.

Actually, correction, its Google "adsense" advertising, not Adwords.

It appears to fixed itself when I switched over to my actual registered domain. When I use mydomain.dreamhosters.com , it still displays Japanese ads.

I won't be using mydomain.dreamhosters.com, so not a big deal.
