Need website designer

Does anybody know a good website designer? I need someone inexpensive but good, who can do a couple simple pages for me really cheap but expand or a long term site design & maintenance relationship. I know, who doesn't.

This is for my new renewable energy company, so cache is high and great opportunity to use a lot of pretty stock nature and solar photos.

You might try guru.com. There are a lot of projects posted there and people expect to pay exceedingly low amounts for the work they're requesting. I sort of stopped going there due to that fact, but people are obviously accepting the jobs since undervalued (IMHO) projects keep getting posted.
