HTML + Announce list

I am looking for email templates/programs that are being used with DH Announce List ... search turned up no discussions!? My website client is ready to sign up with Constant Contact! Help!

What I do is create my newsletter in Dreamweaver's design mode, then switch to code mode and copy and paste the code.
Works great, the only catch is you have to verify that any images are using absolute url's.
