Php now not working on my hosting

Hello good people. I made a huge mistake. I had a site, that i used to play media content and allow users to upload their funny videos. So i needed a custom php.ini that i can change the max_upload. I read about it in wiki of dreamhost, and done it with non-shell method. Now i deleted my site from FTP, and accidentally deleted the cgi-bin folder, so when i try to open any other php file on server, i get the following message: Not Found

The requested URL /cgi-bin/php.cgi/loltube/index.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am desperate, and don`t know nothing about Linux, and Apache stuff, so i don`t really know how to fix this problem. Can you help me, or at least give me some links where i can read more about this problem. I need also to fix it as soon as possible , because my site is offline now :( Thanks in advance.
