404 Not Found

Hi All,

Please be patient with me and my ignorance, when i type in my page's URL, www.digitizedchaos.com, it shows just fine, but when I click on any link it shows this error below. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

"Not Found

The requested URL /2007/12/11/walk-the-dog/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

My guess would be a problem with URL rewriting. Check your .htaccess file.

thanks for the info, but i'm now in the process of cleaning up everything and starting from scratch. do i have to delete everything in the root directory? i can't seem to delete the logs folder.

You can't delete the logs directory. They're not doing any harm anyway. If you can't delete something, there's usually a pretty good reason. Just continue on what you were doing. Most everything else can be fixed.

oh okay, again thanks for the help. i was able to rebuild my site without deleting the logs folder & the other files i mentioned a while ago.

Is it possible to get it all back the way it was through dreamhost?
I get this on the page
