Are you looking for the "edit" link for webmail setup?
Logged into the panel, go to this page:
https://panel.dreamhost.com/index.cgi?tree=mail.webmail&
at the end of the line for each domain is the "edit" link which will allow you enable/disable and edit the image and text on the squirrel mail login.
