Custom PHP 5 "imap" Problem

I've been searching the forums for a few days now and I still can't find a solution to this problem. I've tried every single PHP 5 compiling script here and none of them work for me. Each time I run the script I get this error:

I've no idea how to get around this problem. After each attempt I've cleared the previous installation and I have a phpinfo page setup here: http://forums.finalfantasy-xiii.net/phpinfo.php
