hi,

first i swear that i've read dhwiki on streaming and followed everything it told..

i uploaded several mov files to my streaming dir, but none of them can be steamed from quicktime player 7. i'm pretty sure i input correct rtsp url in qt player and all of them can be played using my qt player for windows. the problem only occurs when i'm using rtsp from my streaming service. player either says "unsupported type" or just streaming audio but no video.. weird

any hints? thanks in advance.

This type of error can occur if the movie has not been hinted. Please check whether both the video and audio tracks are hinted.
