High Down Time

I'm getting down time at least once or twice every two weeks. Any getting this same problem.
It's really killing our business over here.

Mine is quite high 2 months ago. What I do then is contact the support and they immediately moving me to a new server then it is quite stable now.
You may try to contact the support first.
