DH Blog question

I posted a response on the dreamhost blog, but I'm feeling stupid like I've missed something.
On the RSS comments page, my comment shows up. On the actual blog page, my comment doesn't show up. I've cleared the cache and refreshed. It's there but it isn't.
Am I missing something? Is there some odd time delay?
