FTP and a blank sub-domain

Last night I used the one-click install for media wiki - and I'm stuck on the final part where I need to transfer one file to a different directory. The problem I'm having is every time I FTP into my sub-domain it's blank, there are no directories listed. Anyone have any ideas?

That does sound strange. Sorry for suggesting the obvious, but are you absolutely sure that you are logging in with the correct user (ie: the one that controls the sub-domain)?

As of noticing it at 8am this morning I'm also seeing this issue with one of my client's domains hosted by dreamhost. In fact we've sent in support requests but not have received followups as of yet.
