Giving a FTP user access to Web Panel?

I have a FTP user that I'd like to give access to the Web Panel to tweak his own settings (e-mail, subdomains, etc.). Is that possible?

Yes, log into the Panel >billing > Account Privileges. From there you can set up access rights, including what parts of the panel he can get to.
