What's the username of the web server on shared?

DH screwed my home directory and it looks like they restored it from an old backup which was bad because it didn't carry over the changes - not to mention about 40 gigs of data is now missing. No word back from them. First it was a problem with the filer that was fixed, then yesterday, all of a sudden, everything is gone. Today, magically, I have (some) data back, but it's old.
Since I am not getting replies from them (since early yesterday), I wanted to ask here - trying to fix my gallery installation and I need to re-chown the data dir to the web server user name, anyone know what it is?
