I've been receiving Permission denied error when attempting to modify or list the crontab file. Is this normal since I subscribed to the hosting plan like a day ago? Thanks for help!

I'll suggest filing a ticket, as another user (in irc) today had the same issue. I'm quite sure only support can fix it anyways.
