Alternate way to access stats?

I have WordPress set up in the root of one of my domains hosted at DreamHost. Unfortunately this seems to make it so I cannot access my stats for that domain. Is there an alternate way to access the stats? Or would there be a way to set up WordPress so it doesn't stop me from accessing the stats? Any advice appreciated - thanks!
