I Am An Albanian ANd i HAve see many host but not so cheap that yours and i don't have a credit card
I have Paypal but i can't see a paypal methode to pay in your host please can you tell me how to pay with paypal can i please

Mund të përdorësh Check ose Money Order që ndoshta mund ta marrësh nga ndonjë bankë në Shqipëri (ose Google Checkout, por kjo prapë do credit card). Siç duket s'mund të përdorësh PayPal për ta hapur llogarinë por mund ta përdorësh më vonë.

Fillo vendosi të gjitha të dhënat e llogarisë dhe pasi të shtypësh Continue to secure payment do të nxjerri një faqe ku të thotë se ku duhet ta postosh pagesën dhe se çfarë numri llogarie duhet të përdorësh.

Original poster: from previous threads I think that Dreamhost may have accepted paypal payment in the past, so they probably still do. I also know that Dreamhost requires you to provide some form of written proof that your payment method is legitimate; I'm assuming that they would strictly enforce this policy, especially for foreign transactions.
In my case (I'm located in the US, and I paid by credit card), Dreamhost required me to send an imprint of my card, and a signature page. You should contact the Dreamhost billing department for more information; all contact information should be listed at http://dreamhost.com.
