FFmpeg mov to flv how to?

OMG people I try it:

/home/myuser/fmpeg/bin/ffmpeg -i /home/myuser/funny001.mov /home/myuser/funny001.flv

But always show this error:

funny001.mov: I/O error occured
Usually that means that input file is truncated and/or corrupted.

Whats the solution? For wmv and other movie types work fine!!!!!

PS: I see the md5sum and the file not is corrupted!

or the server does not support .mov

All apple formats are supported:

E mov mov format
D mov,mp4,m4a,3gp,3g2,mj2 QuickTime/MPEG4/Motion JPEG 2000 format

Type: ffmpeg -formats

and you will see all formats.
