Whitelisting - which header?

Hi all. Can anyone confirm which header entry is used for whitelisting? It clearly isn't the "From:" header, as far as I can see.

Is it "Return-Path:" or "X-Sender:" or "Sender:"? I'm trying different tests, but I don't get much email to test this quickly! :)

You need to whitelist the return path. Which, actually, for most addresses should be the same as the from address, with only a few exceptions I'm aware of.

Yes, I have an opinion.
