control panel, use like whm

Hi.

I opened and account with DH some days ago, couse they toold me by email that i could use my hsting account to make individual accounts with their own cpanel, emals and space, taken from mine.

Now i enter the panel and i have looking alot how to do that, and i cant find how... does anyone know?

i just want to fnd in this panel the basic options that whm has, like make acount, limit bandwith and disk space etc.

if this panel cant do that, please tell me

Keep in mind that with the DreamHost setup, you have to somewhat trust your users, as they can override quotas for their domain.
