Junkmail Filter

Hi, I turned on the Junkmail Filter from the panel for a client last week. Unfortunately, he is still getting hundreds of spam/junk emails a day.

Is there anything (keyword filtering, etc.) that I need to do in order to get this filter to start working? Only 26 messages have been put into the junk folder since I turned it on.

Is there some predefined keyword filter that is an easy one click install that dreamhost has made?

The panel says the junk filter is aggressive...perhaps I have missed a step..??

Thanks in advance

You still have to do some per address configuration for it to be fully effective. Junkmail is enabled domain-wide, but the specific settings (white/black lists, tag/quarentine levels) still need to be set via the webmail interface on an individual address level.

Yes, I have an opinion.

Get a minimum 50% off with the "haveadreamyday" promo code, and... have a dreamy day. Original, no?
