Anybody having an issue with file uploading?

Hi
I had an issue with file uploading last night, I could not upload a file of around 1.3 mb. When I splitted them into two, that worked.
This morning I am not even able to upload a file of 8kb ...
Anybody else having a similar issue?

How are you uploading? Web? FTP Client? Which FTP client?

If it's FTP, how about trying WebFTP through the Panel's Manage Domains option?
