FTP refusing connection

On Razzle. Site is fine, panel loading np, cannot connect via FTP. Completely refusing connection. Was fine last time I tried about 12 hours ago. Any ideas?

Doesn't work for me either -- it's likely related to current network situation.

I thought that too, but hasn't that been going on for a while now? And afaik the updating wasn't supposed to start until tonight...
