Hosting Plan Problem

Hi every one ý am a turkis boy first sorry about my english.
My problem is that ;
when ý was lookin my hosing cpanel ý create a new hosting plan ... but ý don't want to do this :( now my disk is 40gb bw: 16gb/week and ý want to bill 119 $
but ý want to restore this and cancel this new hosting plan ....
How can ý do this...Cpanel says me ý must bill 119$ :(:(:(:(
