MySQL down for 3+ hours any update?

Anyone know when we will get an update on this other then they are working on it? Seems like every time I have a big event that needs my site to be active it is down for some reason or another. Really frustrating

If you're on the server that's having hardware issues, then you could be waiting a while. But at least they *are* trying to fix it. Double check the server reportedly failing there with the server your MySQL database(s) show to be on by way of the panel. Of course, if you're not on that server, then the best you can do is mail support, unfortunately.

Was your DB on natty? Supposedly they've replaced the hardware and restored from last night's backup.
