log analyzer

I've a log analyzer, not the preinstalled dreamhost stats program, and i use wordpress for my blog...why for every page i have more hits than the normal ? For example my count click says that 40 people have clicked on a link...my log analyzer says 90 have read the go.php?www.linksite.com...and the same for the referrers, 4000 hits but only 1000 unique, is not possible this.
The apache log count the include ? Is possible if i have in go.php page require('./wp-blog-header.php'); apache count double hits for this page ?
