Deleting URL in One Click Installs

Hi, this is probably "newbie-ish" of me to ask, but I installed WordPress on a URL extension of my main site using the "One Click Installer" and when I was done playing around and I went to delete it I got a warning message asking me if I was sure, and that doing this might,

"Delete all files including possibly your regular website."

So, for example, I installed WordPress on "www.mysite.com/testingWP" and all I want to do is delete the "testingWP" extension.

Does the above warning mean I might also lose everything on "www.mysite.com"?

No, when it deletes it will only delete the /testingWP directory. You'll be safe from loosing anything else.
