New .. no home directory

Hello all. I'm new to Dreamhost. Still waiting for my domain to get registered. But they have created my shell accounts ... unfortunately it seems they have not created a home directory. When I log in I get

Could not chdir to home directory /home/tfrankli: No such file or directory

And an ls of /home shows:

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root staff 22 2006-06-23 15:16 tfrankli -> .doesnotexist/tfrankli

Am I just being impatient? It's been that way for a few hours now...

I beleive you are leaving off the .com or what ever domain extention you registered as.
In your home directory you should find a folder named tfrankli.com

That's the problem though ... I have no home directory to look in to begin with. I can log in but it cannot stat a home directory, so it logs me in at dumps me at /

The password file shows /home/tfrankli which should be automounted to the filer somewhere. But instead of a symbolic link under /home to one of the filers, it's a symbolic link to .doesnotexist/tfrankli

This isn't right. Contact support (via panel.dreamhost.com) to find out why your user directory hasn't been created yet.
