One-click installs NOT showing

I just learned that my latest WordPress install (successfully done yesterday Jun 14) was actually NOT showing at:
https://panel.dreamhost.com/index.cgi?tree=goodies.installer&
while 2 other instances (installed earlier on Jun 12) were listed there fine.
The MySQL database is fine and listed (under "Manage MySQL"), and the blog is working all right.
Any idea what's wrong?
