Machine krackel slow as molasses

Ahh... I was hesitant to get an account with dreamhost because I had heard they were plagued with service issues. I figured I'd gamble with it and get an account anyways. How lucky for me that I get services issues the day after I purchase an account.
My sites are running slow as foo. Support is taking forever to answer my requests for help. Looking like it might be wise to get a refund and move back to my old host :/
