Hello

I have a need to back up my SQL database attached to my phpBB. I will be moving my forum from my friends server to my own DH account.

How do I go about doing this?

In phpMyAdmin, do I simply export the data to my desktop and then upload it when I get set up?

see the 'migrat mysql' article in the wiki, it will tell you exactly how to do that.
