Can't FTP to Site.

Hi,
I'm having some problems FTP-ing to my site.
Every time I try to use 'webftp' I can't stay logged in for very long. And when I use my FTP Programs(SmartFTP/FileZilla)
I get weird errors and this one in particular:
"An operation on a socket could not be performed because the system lacked sufficient buffer space or because a queue was full."
This same kind of error even comes up with PuTTY when I tried to log into the server.. I really don't know if it is a server problem or my problem. I am just really confused.
Help would be very much appreciated.
