Is there a way that an user can has his own personal web space in one of my domains? I mean if I create an user called angel, I can login to ftp, but can I also access the information I place there like www.mydomain.com/~angel/ ???
Can this be done? If so can someone please tell me?

Maybe, but I don't believe it'll be personally supported. Ever though of just using a subdomain setup?: angel.mydomain.com

You can also use directory remapping to give him or her a space uner you domain.
