one click installs error, but no red text?

Hi, I'm trying to install a phpbb board, and a mediawiki, and I can install the first one (i've tried starting with either/or), but when I try to install the second one, it says there's an error, but then there's no red text to say what went wrong at the bottom portion of the screen.. I'm using unique names as far as I can tell, (for the DB name: phpbb/wiki) do I need to use domain_phpbb/domain_wiki? Why would I need to do that, I was under the impression that the database can be just phpbb/wiki because they are under a subdomain I just made for the databases mysql.domain.org ??
