how do i change DNS ??

Hello,
A client of mine has been hosting by this site for some time. Now I'll be hosting them on my sever, they registered their URL here, and I need to change the NameServers that it is pointed to.. who do I contact ? we need this done asap..

He'll need to log into his control panel and change the nameservers under Domains -> Registrations.
