Filter Mail based on Content-type header

Is there a way to filter based on the content-type header (as opposed to just the common headers listed in the "add filter" combo box) ?
I'm asking because I'm getting a lot of chinese spam (at least I think it's spam cause I don't understand anything).

I found the solution: you have to create a .procmailrc file in your home dir.
