FTP doesn't work

Hi, when I try to login to my site for FTP, it doesn't work. I'm certain I'm using the correct login and password. I'm certain because the same username/pw combo CAN login to SSH. I use FileZilla for FTP, but I also tried in Windows Explorer, CuteFTP, and Macromedia Dreamweaver. None work and I want regular FTP access. As of now, only SFTP works via SSH being enabled. Any tips?
