Error: Can't add domain: already in our system.

Help! , i am trying to add a new domain that i would like to host. The
domain is "Djpeoples.com". When i try to "Park it" or "Fully host" i
get the message. "Can't add domain: already in our system."
I used to have some dreamhosted sites forwarded to my djpeoples.com
address. i have since parked those sites agin with in dreamhost. Why cant i add
www.djpeoples.com for hosting?
HELP! my last hosting company did not tell me my account was up so all of my buinessw email are now going to space!
