Ok so i did a one click install. installed it but now it says this,
Please ensure both the install/ and contrib/ directories are deleted

You should have gotten an E-mail from Dreamhost when the one click isntall finished with onstructions on that one.
However, it would be accomplished through FTP. Where depends on where you installed the forum. Let's say you installed the forum at www.example.com/forum. In that case when you FTP into your account you'd open the example.com directory, and the forum direcotry. Then you'd delete the two direcotres.
