Discussion setup list not working..

I just setup a discussion list called 'lists.encantopalmcroft.com' and something is weird about it.
The IP address is being reported as 192.168.0.5. This means that http://lists.encantopalmcroft.org/admin.cgi/webppl-encantopalmcroft.org is not coming up.
UPDATE: Some sites DO resolve to the 'correct IP.. and some sites (Cox Cable) can't resolve it at all..Edited by cowmix on 01/24/06 10:57 AM (server time).
