Down Again??

Hey all,
Is DreamHost down again?! This seems to be pretty strange, it was down a few hours ago (around 4:30pm EST) for a few minutes, but has been down now for a good 25 minutes or so (from 7:45ish - 8:10ish EST). My sites (I host 4 of them off my plan) as well as FTP access are not working. My friend's site (he is on a different DreamHost server than I am) is also down at the moment.
Email is down for me too.
Anyone know what's going on here?
