Email account change

I'm really considering going with a new host. This is cool you offer a forum, but I can't ever seem to get the answers I need for about a week. For instance I want to change my email account to mail to a different address. This used to be no problem, but now you have redesigned and I am not sure where to go to update my account. I realize it has been a while since I have done this, but I have changed my email prefs many times before through this site. My suggestion is to establish a standard and stick with it cuz I am totally lost. Now I have to go through the archives or wait for some one to respond to this to be able to perform what should be a simple change. It now wont happen for probably a week. I am verys dissatisfied. The redsign looks good, but what good does it do if your site is impossible to navigate? I mention this because I am a designer and useability is high on my list of to do's. Figuire it out and stick with it cuz I'm lost guys.
