Web ID Totally Lost my account and domain

Hey all,
Logged in yesterday and my web id found that my web id is not associated with an account or a domain. Instead its status is set to "Pending approval" even though I signed up 2 months ago, and the website and email addresses on the domain are still accessible? Has anyone else had this problem?
