Webmail ~ Groups?

Does webmail have the capability to make group distribution lists, or can there only be individual email addresses? If so, how do you add a group?

The Dreamhost install doesn't allow you to do this (which is a HUGE pain in the butt). They've kept the lowest common denominator pretty low.
If you wanted to install your own Squirrelmail, you could enable this as a feature.
