first, I cannot delete some files from FTP.

I found I also cannot change permissions of those files.

finally, I found "ls -l " command ,
and I get following responce from telnet window.

>ls -l
-rwxr-xr-x 1 dhapache dhapache 326 2005-11-06 23:31 6.php

of cource, "dhapache:dhapache" is not my userID:groups ^^;

Please someone tell me how to change this and how to stop this ?

apparently some one click insatalls put in files not owned by you. You'll have to contact support and get them to remove the file on your behalf.

My guess is that you're trying to delete files in a WebDAV-enabled directory. You can't do that using FTP. You have to use your normal WebDAV client (in Mac OS X Finder it's CTRL-K, not sure in Windows) to delete the files.

Another type of file that the user cannot delete is web log files.
