It was a long time ago when my passwords were set up for my accont. Yup, I forgot them.

Nowm I want to give a friend FTP access to my site. How do I go about getting a new password if I no longer remember the old one. And, will that be the same password for my FTP program?

If you can't remember your panel password, then follow the "Forgot your WebID or password?" link. If you can't remember your FTP password only, then go into Users and hit the "Email you password" option.
