Webdav Folder Mounting in OS X

I'm trying to get a webdav folder going, and having problems. I created a folder at http://www.mydomain.com/test/ using FTP, went to Webdav in the Web Admin Panel, clicked the checkbox for "enable webdav on this dir" and entered a user account "test test".

Next step: I went to the finder, hit command-k, type http://www.mydomain.com/test/ in the server address field, and hit enter. I received an error saying "you cannot connect to this server because it is not found on the network". Any suggestions?

A new WebDAV folder is not immediately activated when you set it up. It takes a little time due to our back-end service activation system and it's built-in scheduling.
