Setting up email on computer

I need some help. I have set up some email accounts for my website but need to access them from my email client on my mac. can someone please tell me what setting I need to apply as I have not had any luck yet? Perhaps there is some help somewhere on the website for this?

Have you looked in the Knowledge Base?

Email > Client-Specific Setup > Mac OS / Mac OS X has info about setting up email clients on a Mac.
