I've registered a new domain with a diffrent company,
the domain name is hili.co.il
Now, I want to add this domain for hosting and my account
plus, make an email account: ***@hili.co.il
and host it too, at my account.
my account is hosted on the domain name "nezeks.com".
How do I do that?

You can add additional domain in the Web Panel (Domains -> Manage -> Add New Domain). Since your new domain isn't registered with DreamHost, you need to point it to DreamHost's servers by updating the nameservers.
