FTP Account and Other Questions!

right i signed up but i am confused about some things.... well i have a domain www.etcworld.co.uk and i wanted to take that over but the webmail and stuff doesnt work and it says i have to change the DNS name... how do i do that?

also my FTP wont work with the setting given. I am using Wise FTP... i have to have all these proxy settings .. what do i do?

Also can i provide an e-mail service for people around on my web?

If you just created the user, wait. DH can take a long time to get a new user's FTP active.

I suggest you wait until you've had some experience of the DH email service yourself, so you can make an informed decision on whether it is reliable enough for your proposed users.
