Not sure if this is the right place to ask. I searched the KBase and the wiki, but couldn't find an answer to my question.
When I create a promotional code, do people have to use my referral link to claim it? What happens if they use someone else's referral link, but then use my promo code?

As long as they type in your promo code then it doesn't matter how they came to the site, you get credit.
